Granola Clusters

  Equipment Needed Baking sheet Parchment paper Mixing bowl  Whisk or fork Spatula Measuring scale Air tight container Ingredients 80g old fashioned oats 45g ground flaxseed 40g chia seeds 50g unsweetened coconut flakes 3g ground cinnamon 100g mixed nuts (roughly chopped) 4-5 pitted medjool dates (roughly chopped) 50g tahini 100g honey 2 tbsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp water 50g semi sweet chocolate (optional) 1 tbsp coconut oil Preparation Step 1  Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Step 2 Mix 1 tbsp flaxseed and 3 tbsp water in a bowl to create a flax egg. Then add, tahini, honey, and vanilla extract in the same bowl and mix until fully combined. Step 3 Place oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, dates and nuts in  bowl with wet ingredients, and fold using a spatula.
